We’re proud to announce the completion of the University of Derby’s new Super Lab – a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary learning environment for Biomedical Science students for which Morrison Design were the appointed Architects. What was once office and administrative space has now been transformed into a state-of-the-art laboratory with supporting facilities for both teaching and research. ‘Super Lab’ complete

Sophie’s Charity Marathon Challenge

We’re incredibly proud of Sophie Cantrill, Architectural Assistant at Morrison Design, who is training hard for her first-ever marathon this October in support of our Charity of the Year, Ben’s Den. Sophie shared: “I’ve always enjoyed running, but this will be my first full marathon, so it’s a huge challenge for me. I recently completed Sophie’s Charity Marathon Challenge

We’re delighted to complete an extension project for Cofton Primary School in Birmingham. The scheme includes two new classrooms for SEN and general use, both with accompanying intervention rooms to support the learning, emotional and social development of pupils with SEN. This morning, we held our retro charity sports day with our directors competing head to head across five events. It was a close competition and after three events the scores were tied. Dave then pulled ahead (after an intense VAR investigation – watch until the end of the video!) in the last two events to Dave is victorious

National Awards Shortlist

For the third year running we’re finalists in the Retail and Leisure Architect of the Year category – a testament to the incredible work of our team. Our submission featured a selection of four hotel projects in National Awards Shortlist

Morrison Design Charity Sports Day

We’re delighted to be the appointed Project Management team for the DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London. The project consists of seven phases of refurbishment to the guest bedrooms – a total of 201 rooms – all which will be updated and modernised. Two of the three phases have now been completed with DoubleTree Tower of London
