The project consists of seven phases of refurbishment to the guest bedrooms – a total of 201 rooms – all which will be updated and modernised.

Two of the three phases have now been completed with the third phase expected to complete this autumn. The team have been meticulous in planning the works while the hotel remains operational.

Nidhi Badrakia, Project Manager, said: ““It’s been a fantastic team effort to deliver the works in a live hotel environment. We’ve worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to guests while keeping quality and programme at the forefront.”
