Pete joined Morrison Design in 1997 and worked his way up the ranks until the management buyout in 2019. Pete’s always had a passion for design and chose a career in architecture after a stint of work experience age 14.
Pete is a hugely experienced architect and heads up many of our major hotel projects. He’s also the Chair of Derby College Professional Construction Skills Academy – a first of its kind in the UK, offering an enhanced programme with additional input from local employers.

Dave fell into the world of architecture after a spell as a junior draughtsman and has never looked back. Dave joined Morrison Design in 2004 and worked his way up to the management buyout in 2019.
Dave oversees many super top-secret science and technology projects, including the Rolls-Royce Regeneration – a 13-year project which completed in 2019.

Nik joined Morrison Design in 2002, progressing to Director in 2019 in the management buyout. He’s been designing hotels for over 20 years and has extensive project management experience.
He’s hands-on and client facing, priding himself on delivering excellent service. Nik leads many of our hotel and public sector projects.

Dale is a hugely experienced architect, bringing an impeccable eye for detail. His knowledge of healthcare architecture, as well as labs and high tech, is enviable and he heads up many of our projects in these sectors.

Cinzia dreamt of being an architect from an early age. She’s experienced and passionate, with a love of creative design and integrating nature with the built environment.
Cinzia was part of a team who won 2nd prize in a global MOOC competition to design a new school in the Philippines, in an area which had been devastated by a hurricane. Her team’s project was displayed along others in an exhibition at the UN building in New York.
