This morning, we held our retro charity sports day with our directors competing head to head across five events.
It was a close competition and after three events the scores were tied. Dave then pulled ahead (after an intense VAR investigation – watch until the end of the video!) in the last two events to clinch first place while Nik and Pete were still tied in second place.
It was down to the tie break for second and third place. Nik launched an epic throw and took second place with Pete finishing third. Pete’s forfeit – making the teas for the day wearing his lovely new apron!
Many thanks to our Directors for being such good sports and a huge thanks to everyone who placed a bet. The winners were drawn from all bets placed on Dave with the results as follows:

- Third prize (£10): Sue & Keith Clarke
We raised £155 for Ben’s Den – our charity of the year – who provide families with children undergoing cancer treatment free holidays.
