
Morrison Design are extremely proud to announce that we’ve become signatories to the RIBA Inclusion Charter.
Our Diversity & Inclusion team have been working hard since they formed two years ago, reviewing our practices and processes and implementing new initiatives.
In that time we’ve reviewed our policies and introduced new ones to support team members when they most need it. The new policies we introduced include Menopause, Fertility Journey and Emergency Parental Leave.

Our education and awareness programme was full to the brim in 2024 as the team participated in International Women’s Day, Pride, Black History Month and International Day for Persons with Disabilities. For each of these events the team created educational displays, took part in full team webinars/talks and had a bit of fun too (we love a quiz!).
We’ve continued collecting data from our team to ensure we can create the best environment for each member of our team.
We know our work doesn’t stop there and we have lots of activities planned for 2025 and beyond so keep your eyes peeled for updates.. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank our D&I team for their hard work: Sunny Kochchat, Nidhi Badrakia and Sef Lawrence.
