We’re proud to reflect on one of our standout projects from last year – the creation of the new Mornington Kensington Hotel in Earls Court, Central London. This transformation was one that combined vision and expertise to bring new life to a pair of buildings, previously home to a 2* and a 3* hotel. Our role was to bring them together to create a unified, luxurious space for guests while retaining the charm and character of the area.
The result? A stunning, 100+ bedroom 4* hotel.
Our team created a single entrance where once there were two separate access points. We also redesigned the lobby and reception area, crafted a brand-new breakfast room, and completely refurbished the guest bedrooms. Every element was carefully considered to offer a cohesive and elevated guest experience, combining comfort with style.
The journey wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration with our project partners. We worked alongside Vascroft Contractors Ltd for construction, Studio Moren for interiors, Rodgers Leask for structural engineering, Virtus Consult for quantity surveying, and Elektra Lighting Design for the lighting design.
