This week, like many people around the world, we’ve been celebrating Pride.
Our fantastic Diversity & Inclusion team – Sophie, Sunny and Cinzia – have organised some fun and educational activities for the rest of the team throughout the week.
We started with educating and inspiring the team with a display of inspiring LGBTQ+ architects. Today we took part in a webinar on Allyship through WorkPride – a global 5-day event aimed at empowering The LGBTQ+ Business Community.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be Pride without a few rainbows so we had wrapped up the week with a rainbow themed bake off.
Our Pride celebrations form part of our plans to participate in various awareness events throughout the year, which started with International Women’s Day in March. We look forward to sharing more later in the year.
