With the 2024 awards dinner coming up this week, we’re looking back to last year when we won the People Development award in the Constructing Excellence East Midlands awards.
We were also nominated for SME of the Year and Future Leader for Architectural Assistant Sophie Cantrill.
Since then, we’ve continued to invest in our people strategy and this year we’re proud to be finalists in the People and Culture and SME of the Year categories.
