We’ve received some exciting news this morning which we’re delighted to share – we’re finalists in the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year category at the London Construction Awards.
We’re very proud to have such a dedicated and passionate Diversity & Inclusion team at Morrison Design who deserve this recognition. They work hard to provide our team with educational and engaging events and initiatives to support and enhance our inclusive culture.
We participate in multiple awareness events throughout the year, including International Women’s Day, Pride and Black History Month. Alongside this, we’re constantly reviewing our policies, procedures and processes to ensure we can be as inclusive as possible.
