Today we explored what makes a truly sustainable city, watching and discussing examples from Singapore and Copenhagen – and what London can learn from both.
The conversation naturally turned to vertical farming, an area where we’ve built strong sector expertise through projects including Fischer Farms. It’s exciting to see how innovation in food production, urban density and resource efficiency is shaping the future of our cities.
We wrapped things up with a hands-on studio plant re-potting session. Soil everywhere, questionable technique from some of us…but happier plants all round.
