Two Morrison Design client hotels in Tripadvisor Top 25 in UK

We’re delighted that not one, but two of our clients’ hotels have ranked in the top 25 in TripAdvisor’s annual Travellers’ Choice Awards in the UK.

Brown’s Hotel, part of the prestigious Rocco Forte group, came in at number eight with countless 5* guest reviews. Guests commented that the hotel is “beautiful and charming” and “absolute luxury”.

We’re honoured to continue to partner with the Brown’s as project managers, completing the renovation of the tea lounge, creation of the Sir Paul Smith Suite and several guest bedroom refurbishments over the past couple of years.

Locally, long-standing client Morley Hayes was ranked 16th – the only hotel in the Midlands to make the list. Our relationship with Morley Hayes began back in 2003 when we were appointed to build a new 32-bedroom hotel. Since then we’ve redeveloped and refurbished almost all the spaces.

The team, led by Morrison Design Director Nik Clarke, have designed and managed refurbishments of the Roosters Bar, Dovecote restaurant (creating an external dining area), new build driving range reception and café including driving range extension, a new main entrance, function rooms, Spike Bar refurbishment and general masterplanning for the site.

“We’re thrilled to see Brown’s Hotel and Morley Hayes in this list – and we couldn’t agree more! We’ve supported both hotels to create both beautiful and functional spaces to allow their teams to do what they do best – deliver exceptional guest experiences. We look forward to completing our next projects with these wonderful hotels.”
