This project comprised the refurbishment of 201 guest bedrooms across three floors at the DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London. The works were delivered in seven carefully planned phases, allowing the hotel to remain fully operational throughout the duration of the programme.

Appointed as the Project Management team, we were responsible for leading all stages of the project from inception through to completion. Our scope included programme planning, stakeholder coordination, design development oversight, risk management and on-site delivery monitoring. Maintaining continuity of hotel operations while achieving a high standard of refurbishment was a key priority throughout.

The works involved a complete upgrade of the guest rooms, including finishes, fixtures, and building services. All activities were managed within the constraints of a busy, city-centre location and a live hotel environment. Close collaboration with the hotel’s operational team ensured guest impact was kept to a minimum while works progressed on schedule and within budget.

“The guest bedrooms now offer a modern and contemporary space to stay. A huge thank you to the entire project team for their meticulous planning and collaboration throughout the work.”
