Morrison Design complete Tidyco’s Rail Overhaul Facility.

Tidyco Rail Overhaul Facility

Morrison Design, appointed architects and contract administrators, have completed a refurbishment of Tidyco’s newly acquired Rail Overhaul Facility.

The building was originally a 1960’s industrial unit which was repurposed and modernised to provide new manufacturing facilities for the Tidyco Rail Division.

The refurbished building, opened by Lord Patrick McLoughlin, not only future-proofs the projected growth of the business, but also ensures it is suitable for rail overhaul employees to carry out the work in a comfortable and suitable environment.

Peter Newman-Earp, Director at Morrison Design, said: “We’ve worked with Tidyco for a number of years – it’s always an honour when clients appoint us time and again. We’re delighted with the result of the Rail Overhaul Facility and are looking forward to more projects with the Tidyco team in the future.”

Morrison Design collaborated with engineering consultants Rodgers Leask, quantity surveyors Geoff Eaton & Associates Ltd and mechanical and electrical consultants Phoenix Electrics.
