Morrison Design appointed architects for sustainable Derby travel hub

We’re honoured to be the appointed architects for a new sustainable travel hub in Derby.

The hub, a partnership between Derby City Council and the University of Derby, will be based at the university’s Kedleston Road site. It will be a first of its kind in the city, offering multiple transport choices in one place, enhancing sustainable travel facilities for students and staff

The travel hub will include e-bikes and electric vehicle charging points, making travel to and from the university easier.

Nik Clarke, Director at Morrison Design, said: “The travel hub is an innovative project which we’re delighted to be a part of. We’ve worked with the University of Derby on several projects recently so it’s fantastic to partner with them again.”
