Thanks to Michael Clarke who took some fantastic photos of the Future Mobility Zone on his recent site visit.
The project involves a sustainable travel zone based at the University of Derby’s Kedleston Road site – with Morrison Design as the appointed architects.

The hub, a partnership between Derby City Council and the University of Derby, will be a first of its kind in the city, offering multiple transport choices in one place and enhancing sustainable travel facilities for students and staff.
“We are really pleased with how the Glulam structure is progressing on site. As the project is continuously taking shape it is also starting to exhibit the university’s sustainable targets and aspirations which is fantastic to see.”
Michael Clarke, Senior Architect
