Yesterday, our Senior Architectural Technician, John Robson, attended the Making Nature-based Solutions (NbS) Work for Business event at the University of Derby, delivered in partnership with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust. Today we explored what makes a truly sustainable city, watching and discussing examples from Singapore and Copenhagen – and what London can learn from both. The conversation naturally turned to vertical farming, an area where we’ve built strong sector expertise through projects including Fischer Farms. Today, for Earth Day, we’re celebrating the small, consistent choices that help us reduce our impact and design more responsibly.
