A team selfie of Nidhi, Sophie and Sunny.

Who says team building has to be boring? 👀🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Our latest studio challenge put everyone’s observation skills (and competitive streaks!) to the test with a Morrison Design scavenger hunt. The mission? Dogs, Daughters and Directorship: A Day in the Life of a Director

David Gardner stood in the studio meeting room with his phone to his ear.

With David Gardner, Director Mondays tend to set the tone for the week ahead, so they’re usually busy from the outset. The day starts at home with my wife, two daughters and our dog, Nala. Between us, we’re running around making breakfast and making sure the children have everything they need before dropping them off Dogs, Daughters and Directorship: A Day in the Life of a Director

🐾 The studio’s four-legged visitor programme continues…

Nala the fox red labrador sat on the wooden floor in the studio looking at the camera with the meeting room in the background.

This week we welcomed Nala to the studio 🐾 Between making the rounds for fuss, checking in on the team and ensuring everyone took a well-earned break, Nala proved she’s a natural at boosting office morale. 🐶💚 We’re beginning to think our productivity might have less to do with coffee and more to do with 🐾 The studio’s four-legged visitor programme continues…

The walk was organised by Les Witten, Associate Director and Mental Health First Aider, as part of our Mental Wellbeing workstream. It was a great opportunity to get outside, Fresh air, good company and getting some steps in

Tuesdays usually mean site meetings – and today is no exception. The alarm goes off at 5.15am and before the rest of the house has even stirred, I’m up and out the door. A quick half hour later I’m at Pete, our Director’s, house – ready to share the 130-mile journey down to site. As From 5* Hotels to the Wrong Slippers: A day in the life of John Robson
