To mark National Inclusion Week, we were delighted to join RIBA East Midlands for an open discussion on our Diversity & Inclusion journey yesterday.
We shared how we got started, the initiatives we’ve introduced and the challenges we’ve faced – all with the aim of creating a more inclusive workplace culture and inspiring others to do so too. We were also joined by Emily Jeffers, Diversity & Inclusion specialist at RIBA, who added valuable insight to the conversation.
As a small practice, we’re proud to have a dedicated D&I team driving meaningful change, and we’re equally proud to be signatories of the RIBA Inclusion Charter.
