Morrison Design have been appointed as Project Managers for a short programme of work to refresh a butchery, pastry, chocolate room and bakery in the iconic Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair, London.
The hotel (owned by the prestigious Rocco Forte Hotels group) are looking to enhance their existing food and beverage offering with the upgrade.
It follows on from two recent projects for the hotel – a renovation of the tea lounge and guest bedrooms and a further guest bedroom upgrade scheme – designed by the hotel’s acclaimed design team.
Nik Clarke, Director at Morrison Design, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Brown’s hotel again. Early in the year is a quieter time for the hotel industry, so Brown’s are taking advantage of this prior to the busier Spring period.”
