Point A’s latest boutique hotel, located in the centre of Dublin is progressing well on-site despite the current worldwide issues.
Morrison Design Ltd, appointed architects for the project have been attending the construction site & meeting the team regularly, remotely during the recent period
Contractors from Sheehan & Collins Construction have been on the site since October 2019, operating in a tight site in a city centre location next to an operational hotel and roads which remain in use.
The project is currently at the 5th floor of the seven-storey building, see the photographs within the post.
Construction works for this 141 bedroom hotel are scheduled to be complete in 2021.
The Queensway Group launched the Point A brand in 2017, the group now operates 10 hotels in total with a brand positioning offering a cosy and comfortable hotel rooms in big cities at an affordable price.
