Our Director, Nik Clarke, was at the Derby Property Summit on Tuesday, joining more than 200 people from across the property and development sector to hear what’s happening next for the city.
There was plenty to talk about, from the next phase of the £200m Becketwell regeneration, including the proposed 3 Springwell Square office development, to the progress being made on the Derby MADE scheme at the Market Place. There was also discussion around new industrial development, investment and the skills needed to support Derby’s growth.
As a Derby-based practice, it’s great to see the scale of ambition across the city and to hear directly from the people involved in bringing these projects forward.
