The Morrison Design team came together today for a slightly delayed International Women’s Day celebration.
The Lunch & Learn session kicked off with the team sharing “One woman who inspires me” – we heard some wonderful stories from inspiring family members to sporting heroes and even Elle Woods from Legally Blonde!
We watched some inspiring and educational videos then got stuck into a team quiz – it was competitive as usual! Congratulations to John and Les who were crowned winners.
We rounded the session off by thinking about “What small action can we take in our team to promote equity?” The team suggested some small but impactful actions to take forward that will truly make a difference.
A huge thank you to Nidhi, a member of our Diversity & Inclusion team, for the wonderful and informative display she has created for our team.
