From 5* Hotels to the Wrong Slippers: A day in the life of John Robson

John in the office chatting to colleagues who have their back to the camera

Tuesdays usually mean site meetings – and today is no exception. The alarm goes off at 5.15am and before the rest of the house has even stirred, I’m up and out the door. A quick half hour later I’m at Pete, our Director’s, house – ready to share the 130-mile journey down to site. As From 5* Hotels to the Wrong Slippers: A day in the life of John Robson

The Easter Bunny came early to the Morrison Design studio this week. We were very lucky that they hid plenty of eggs for us to find – some of us were better at hunting them down than others! We’d like to wish all our clients and contacts a wonderful Easter break.

Happy World Book Day!

Dale, Nidhi, Dave, John and Nik stood in the Morrison Design office holding their book picks.

We asked the team for their favourite work-related reads and the answers were brilliantly varied. Sef swears by Architect’s Pocket Book – everything you need in your back pocket – while Nidhi went for her first ever architectural book, Architecture: Form, Space, and Order. Dale picked A Pattern Language, a classic for thinking about how Happy World Book Day!
