In preparation for a future re-branding to 4-star Crowne Plaza status, this multi-phase project extends and upgrades the existing 170-room Holiday Inn, located on a restricted site in the centre of Woking.
Works include the general upgrading of guest rooms and front of house areas, the extension and upgrading of existing conference/banqueting facilities and the construction of a new roof level and side extension to provide an additional 54 bedrooms.
